Crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours. This is a blend of pot and column still rums which have been aged for an average of 4 years. The first nosing passes find gentle scents of light spice and brown sugar; aeration reveals solid aromas of molasses and buttered toast. The palate entry is delicious, rich and toasty; the midpalate features elegant flavours of toasted honey-wheat bread, honey and refined sugar. The finish is more bittersweet than sweet.
